1. Data we collect

  • Identity data: name, date of birth where required.
  • Contact data: email address, phone number, country of residence.
  • Account data: login credentials, membership tier, onboarding responses.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, resources downloaded, session recordings for support.
  • Communication data: messages you send us via forms, email or messaging apps.

2. How we use your data

  • To deliver the educational services and mentoring you have signed up for.
  • To manage payments, invoices and access to member-only areas.
  • To send service updates, onboarding materials and, with consent, marketing communications.
  • To comply with legal, regulatory and safeguarding obligations.

3. Lawful bases

We process personal data on the basis of contract (to deliver services you have purchased), legitimate interests (to run and secure our community), consent (for marketing communications) and legal obligation (for tax, accounting and compliance).

4. Sharing your data

We share data only with trusted processors that support our services — including hosting, payment processing, email delivery and analytics providers. We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses to ensure appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet our legal obligations. Membership records are typically retained for six years after the end of your membership for accounting purposes.
