Carlisle Trading is a trading education community based in the United Kingdom. We provide structured learning, mentoring and market commentary. We are not a regulated financial adviser, broker or investment manager.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use our services.

Access to our community channels and educational materials is granted on a personal, non-transferable basis and is provided free of charge. Sharing credentials or private materials with non-members is prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the community.

All content is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. Nothing on this website or within our community constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

All course content, recordings, trading plans, graphics and written material remain the intellectual property of Carlisle Trading. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell or publicly display any material without our prior written consent.

You agree not to abuse, harass or defame other members, staff or partners; to refrain from posting misleading trade signals; and to comply with all applicable laws when using our services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any member who breaches these Terms, our community guidelines, or applicable law. Termination for breach does not entitle the member to a refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carlisle Trading, its founders, mentors and partners shall not be liable for any trading losses, loss of profits, loss of data or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
